The Owlery is a circular stone room, rather cold and drafty, because none of the windows have glass in them. The floor is entirely covered in straw, owl droppings, and the regurgitated skeletons of mice and voles. Hundreds upon hundreds of owls of every breed imaginable can be seen nestled here on perches that rose right up to the top of the tower, nearly all of them asleep.

The Divination classroom is a round room with small round tables, squashy armchairs and little pouffes. There is an oppressive fire with a copper kettle that gives off sweet-smelling fumes. The walls walls lined with shelves: tea cups, crystal balls, decks of cards...

No New Posts && ASTRONOMY TOWER

Astronomy classes are conducted in the dead of night on the very top of the tower. It is the perfect place for stargazing, though it takes a bit of work climbing up stairs to reach. It's much easier to reach with a broomstick.
