Hair: Fala's hair is pitch black and fairly straight. She usually keeps it down, and very clean. The strands are thick, but soft to the touch.
Eyes: A stunning light blue-gray. It is said that this feature is what people notice first, then her hair, and the rest of her facial features.
Height: Fala is 5'6" tall.
Weight: around 115 to 120 lbs.

Fala Rousseau is quite peculiar and very difficult to understand. In reality, she doesn't even understand herself. She is a very confused person. And what's more, she is also emotionally injured, strangely socialized, and is unable to trust others.

For the time being, there is nothing about her personality that would draw a regular type of friend to her. She has never been loyal to anyone in her life, and can't say that she's ever experienced happiness. She may have when she was younger, but simply doesn't remember.

She has acquaintances, and occasional lovers...but she has no emotional attachment to any of them. Due to being in Slytherin, as well as due to her cold demeanor, Fala has a number of enemies.

While she is technically a victim of her father's, Fala is not altogether innocent. She has the choice to fight her problems and become a better person, but she chooses to be cold and sometimes even vicious.

What can not be said about her, however, is that she's lazy. Fala is very hard working when it comes to magic. While she is not a grade A student when it comes to textbooks --though she does well-- she strives hard to learn spells --whether they be charms or hexes-- as well as to successfully wield her powerful wand.

Aubin Rousseau a pure blooded wizard with French origins found himself in New York City for Ministry business. There he found himself captivated by a half French Canadian, half Native American (pure blood) ministry worker who was also there on business. She was not easily convinced, but within the week that they were there, the two eventually entered a wild and passionate affair.

When it was time for her to return to Canada, and for him to France, they did not want to say goodbye. They had to temporarily separate due to work, however when Malila found out that she was pregnant, they were soon reunited.

The two married, and months later had their first and only child. Malila developed a fever after giving birth, and in a haze named her daughter based on the ebony strands of hair upon the child's head. The girl was named Fala, meaning Crow in the Native American language. The middle name, Aline, was chosen by her father, and there was no debate over which surname the child would get.

Fala was a quiet child, crying very rarely. She proved to be intelligent early on, thought not outstandingly so. She was a good learner, and a fairly obedient child. Malila and Aubin lived and loved happily for some years. They moved from Paris, France to London England when Fala was three.

There both parents continued to work for the Ministry of Magic. Aubin who had attended Hogwarts for seven years in his youth as a Slytherin, did not struggle with English, his wife however was having difficulty adjusting to the new setting and language.

Aubin was also reunited with some of his fellow Slytherins at the ministry, and felt great pressure from his classmates. This brought the tension in the Rousseau household to rise. Aubin resorted to alcohol and other drugs to ease the stress he was experiencing at work, and Malila became more and more unhappy.

Soon the situation disintegrated as Aubin resorted to using violence against his wife and daughter. Malila loved her husband, therefore rather than leaving him, she endured and loyally stayed at his side. Fala first thought that she'd dome something to displease her father. Therefore she learned more about magic, and tried to be more obedient. His abuse however only became more and more regular, as well as more violent.

Fala grew to fear and hate her father. She drew into herself, and was socialized abnormally due to this home life. She didn't have any friends while growing up, therefore she had nowhere to go, and she had nothing to compare her home life to.

Things only became worse after her mother died of unknown causes when Fala was nine years old. There was speculation that Malila died from heartache, something Fala did not understand.

Only after being accepted to Hogwarts, and being sorted into Slytherin did she first start to interact with others her own age. Fala came off as the typical Slytherin, cold, mean, and cruel. She has made some acquaintances, as well as connection within Slytherin house, and she has had a few lovers...but none of these interactions ever came close to being called a relationship.

The way things are looking now, Fala will prove herself to be a Slytherin through and through, involving herself in Dark circles. That is, unless something or someone happens to come along and change her mind about this cruel cruel world.
