Also known as "The Duelling Champion's Dance", the Night of 1000 Dances is an event held once a year that only a select handful of students in the school may attend.
Students are handpicked by the Duelling Master of the school himself; the Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher. Any of those found to be trying to gain entrance without permission will be jinxed and given detention. However, students may choose to escort a date to the dance whether the escort was invited or not. However, it's one date per students. No more.
Along with food and dancing, there will be a duelling contest which those who attend may enter. The winner gets a prize most spectacular.

Black, Sirius
Cadwallader, Jeremy
D'Antoine, Chord
Evans, Lily
Koenig, Pandorah
Norwich, Nethaniel
Potter, James
Prewitt, Castor
Redwood, Alastair
Sinclair, Kyran
Snape, Severus
Winchester, Roselin
If your name is not on the list, you must be invited in order to go. You may choose to not attend if you wish.

The Night of 1000 Dance is now up. New members who did not have a character invited may choose ONE character who was invited or choose to sneak a character in, whichever you prefer.
Teachers are chaperones and are exempt from invitations.
