Lost in the Dark...Literally [open!!]

Most people would think her crazy, maybe even insane. She thought herself brilliant. Suicidal maybe, but absolutely brilliant. Filch was a whimp, a scardy cat. Athena even wondered if he would make it in the magical world if he had been given powers. Most likely not, he was too far off his rocker from birth. Even to this day he spent his nights chasing students around the castle. Magical students who did not like him. Maybe he was the suicidal one.

Maybe it wasn't the smartest idea to run into the Forbidden Forest in the middle of the night. Athena was not afraid, she was just not stupid enough to throw herself in front of a werewolf. She looked up at the moon and saw it glistening down at her, mocking her. Great. Just great. What else was she supposed to do, though? Play into Filch's hands? Let him catch her and say "You're right, I was out past curfew. Sure bring me to the headmaster, I don't mind".

No. The Forbidden Forest had been her only option. As bad of a place to hide as she had chosen, she was going to have to deal with it for now. Turning around, she could not see a thing. The outline of a few trees she could make out, but otherwise, everything was engulfed in darkness."Standing here is just going to get you caught. Let's go, Raine. Don't be a whimp." Athena told herself before double checking that her wand was in her pocket.

"Crazy old bat. I wouldn't be stuck in here if it weren't for his nose sticking into my own business" Athena mumbled to herself as another low hanging branch attacked her arm. She batted at it angrily, as though it were someone who had done it. She let out an aggrivated sigh and looked around. The castle was no longer in her view and her mind was blank of the paths she had been taking. She looked around and realized with yet another frustrated groan: she was lost.

[RASMUS BLACKEBERG]

Nighttime was quickly becoming Rasmus' favorite time. There was a deep, intense solitude about the night that Rasmus had felt affiliated to since winter of last year. He did not seem like a naturally solitary person, being of a friendly sort, with a good many friends that spread across all of the respective houses, and he wasn't really. Lately however solitude had been a welcome thing to the blonde.

The forbidden forest had never frightened him, since first year it had enchanted him, inspired an awe-like condolence, perhaps slightly naive in retrospect. The forest was dark and dangerous, but Rasmus had only seen beauty.

He, like many a rule breaking student before him, had acquainted himself with the place early on and even after the spider fiasco (a detention gone from tedious to deadly) he still regularly returned.

However, now he found the forest much more easy to navigate in his animagus form. The blonde hadn't thought he could love the place more than he did, but looking through the eyes of the large, white wolf he saw the forest as a completely different being altogether.

The wolf twined through the trees, a speck of white contrasting greatly with the black, all consuming depths of the forest.

In this form all of his senses were magnified and he smelled the source of the noise far before he ever heard it. Lifting the elegant, pointed head the wolf stared, watching a girl approach unknowingly.

It was odd, disconcerting even to see another soul now when he had thought he was isolated. The wolf lowered its head, great, fluffy ears twitching in unease. Rasmus tried tosoothe it, but it's instinct to flee was terrible.

A student at Hogwarts most definitely, although Rasmus could not place a name to the face. She hadn't noticed him yet though, should he transform back?
