Hair: Ky’s hair is usually disheveled with the way he leans his head against things, or how he has a bad habit of running his fingers through his hair. Although, in the end, his face somehow ends up being rounded by the thick layers of his haircut. The bangs are long but part evenly at the side, where the back is short and always sticks up. His hair is a raven color but over the years it takes on a faded brunette.
Eyes: Kyran’s eyes often give off a curious look. They are small but well rounded by the shape of his face, mainly his high cheek bones. The irises are a subtle green, rounded by the natural dusk of his slightly tanned skin.

As a child, Kyran has always known to be overly aggressive and even arrogant. When the subject of his family is brought up, he shows a lot of pride despite his family's failures (weallth, and his sister). He is a very physical, active person, and thus feels no fear when it comes to confrontations from others. Although his arrogance most likely annoys other people, he can hold his own because he is truly talented at remembering information when it comes to the magical realm. However, he doesn't hide behind his knowledge when it comes to brawls; he would rather throw in a few good punches rather than sit around and wait for a fair duel. As someone born into a pureblood family, he is somewhat difficult to approach. Nothing about his demeanor is welcoming, for most of the time he has a frown or a scowl upon his face.

Tainted with his family's ideology, he favors meeting other wizards who are from pureblood descent. He will most likely not mingle with other wizards who are half-blood, or any other creature/muggle for that matter. This burden of his image has become even more heavier from his sister's failure to be placed within the Slytherin house. Although it is an ignorant thing to judge people based on rumor's, Kyran is often tangled within having to listen to those rumors as not to mare his reputation. In short, Kyran isn't a friendly sort of guy who wants to hang out with other wizards and pull pranks. Since his family had lashed out on his sister, Salem, he has been forced to grow up even quicker. Now he faces the responsibility of having a good name for the Sinclair descent; the responsibility in restoring power, prestige and honor – as well as even finding a way to cover their lost wealth, whether it is in means by work, marriage or pillaging.

His mindset is focused on his family burdens, thus he has no time for “friendships” but he will make room for alliances. By getting early alliances with other pureblood families, he has the chance at getting their help in his quest to amplify the Sinclair bloodline. He is not fond of his parents all that much, for he sees them as the reason for their downfall; he also finds it weak and pathetic that they blamed Salem for their misfortunes. The reality of the siblings circumstances has caused Kyran to find a warm, secret spot for Salem in his heart. Although he doesn't openly admit to Salem, he is protective of his sibling and often times feel sorry for her – not in the pity type of way, either. All of his feelings toward his sibling are genuine and not manufactured upon greed. If he sees Salem eating alone, walking alone, or stumbling from her bad eye-sight, he immediately feels depressed. To alleviate any of his own despair, he tries to stick around Salem's side in a discrete sort of way.

Kyran was born into the Sinclair family, along with his twin sister Salem. At a young age they were both very spoiled, which often caused tension and often rivalry between the two. Or rather, it had caused Kyran to bully his sibling to the point of tears. He spent a vast amount of time with his father and grand-father to earn some respect, but when he got out of hand he had experienced some of the worse punishments from his elders. At a young age he had harbored some hate toward Salem because although she could do whatever she pleased; she was a well behaved child and spent most of her time alone and quiet – where Kyran would cause commotion through out their household, whether it was bringing dead animals into the house or accidentally hurting one of their pureblood friend's precious sons.

Salem had always exceeded Kyran in the knowledge department, which often caused Kyran to go out of his way and work on his studies so that he didn't look like a fool when his family were around. Although sometimes Kyran feels as if he had experienced more of the “family” life than Salem had, because he actively participate in his father's errands as well as attend quidditch matches whenever the chance would arise. The first year at Hogwarts wasn't quite memorable one for either siblings, for Salem had been sorted into Ravenclaw while Kyran had been put into Slytherin. Despite the Sinclair struggling for wealth, when Salem was placed into Ravenclaw, that was the first time he felt ashamed of his family. Just like his family, he had unjustified and had temporally “disowned” Salem by ignoring her in Hogwarts. It wasn't until Salem's accident that he started to finally get close to his sibling.

After a spell had rebounded on Salem, it was Kyran who was at his sister's side – at first he was going to call her a failure, but it wasn't until the nurse had told him (before telling his sister) that she may never be able to see again. Being someone who wanted to integrate into quidditch, he felt he could understand his sister's plight. Their parents, who were already ashamed at Salem's assortment into Ravenclaw, were even more disappointed to hear of Salem's “failure” when it came to a duel. Kyran now attempts to keep his parents away from Salem as much as he can by reassuring his parents that he will restore their honor, and to have faith in him.

This reason alone makes Kyran a very cold person; he has no time for childish antics or pranks and thus rarely makes any friends. Purposely, he will avoid or put down others as to no longer deal with their petty relationships. The only exception to his friendship is when he sees a person as useful in regaining the Sinclair prestige. In sworn secrecy to himself, Kyran has also vowed to find a cure for Salem's eye sight, and thus he finds himself dwindling in subject matters that are both unsafe and may put him at risk for bringing his whole family down. To deal with his stress, he uses quidditch as a way to release the mental and physical strain that comes from his family's propaganda. Although he has many talents in which to pride himself on, he is not a person to boast. He figures talent is something to be recognized, not talked about -- if a person has to speak of their talents, well, then they aren't very talented at all.

With the years of Hogwarts coming to an end, Kyran is working on finding a suitable "place" for himself, and doing what he can to fulfill his promise to his family.
