Her name is Andromeda Black, and as you are suspecting her father is Cygnus Black, and her mother Druella. She is the middle child, and because of this she is quite submissive when it comes to letting out her true emotions and opinions to other people. Dromeda is a much softer witch than her sister Bellatrix, and not as demanding as Narcissa. She doesn't have strong opinions about pure-bloods being the best blood lineage, and she doesn't share the same opinions that half-blood and muggle borns should not be considered witches or wizards, although, she doesn't let on which side she leans more to due to who her father is and how he would treat her for her opinions that oppose the way he had taught them. Even though she comes from the noble Black family, she doesn't let on that she thinks she's better than anyone else.
Dromeda is fiercely loyal to her friends and family, and she would do anything to protect them and keep their honor and dignity intact. No one messes with her family or her friends and gets away with it. Somehow, though, she manages to show everyone with respect even if they get on her bad side. Generally she has a high respect for most people, but the respect slowly dwindles depending on how they treat her friends and family. There is nothing she wouldn't do for her family and friends. Keeping secrets is another thing that Dromeda prides herself on. She wouldn't tell a secret to anyone that isn't the person who told her it from the beginning, and there is nothing anyone could do that would ever make her tell. She prides herself in being a good friend, and she will go to any lengths to prove this to those deserving.
Despite her having varying opinions, which of course she keeps to herself most of the time, she loves her sisters. She appreciates her house and their varying opinions, and she appreciate other witches and wizards as well. She doesn't think any one person is better than another, they all have their differences, their quirks... Like everyone she has her own.
