Castor came to realize that he was thinking too hard about everything, as well. He was worrying too much. He needed to just let go, because he was making things worse. He was confusing himself. He wanted Pandorah to accept things as easily as he was, but he wasn’t doing such a great job at it either. “I’m sorry,” he said, shaking his head. “You’re right.” But what was she right about? He was confusing himself, and she was talking quite a bit, he was finding it difficult to keep up with both her conversation and his inner thoughts. “I’m doing exactly what I’m telling you not to do. I’m overthinking.” He smiled apologetically to her, lifting a hand as if to touch her face, but again he told himself that perhaps he was being too forward, she would be uncomfortable, he shouldn’t. His hand fell.
He realized at her next words that he very well could have touched her and been fine. “I see,” he said. “I…like that. I would like to explore all of this with you. Completely.” That could have been taken in a very provocative way and he blushed at the thought. “I mean, our relationship. This.” He gestured between them generally, frowning now. Why was he suddenly so nervous? He felt called out on his own mistakes, and that was never a pleasant feeling. But he perked up with her next statement. She did want to be with him, to date him. Though he had had plenty of girlfriends before, this felt like something of a revelation, as if it had never happened before. He felt differently about Pandorah than he did other girls. She was much more intriguing, more interesting, piquing his curiosity at every turn, and he had honestly never met someone like her before. He had told her already that he wanted to know everything about her, wanted to explore her, and he was beginning to realize that he wanted to know not just her, but both of them, what they could be together.
She voiced his thoughts almost exactly, and he was forced to laugh quietly. “We understand each other fine,” he agreed. “It’s ourselves that we’re confused about. Our feelings for each other.” He reached for her hands, gently holding them in his own. She was so beautiful, and he couldn’t stop thinking so, much to his embarrassment. He had thought girls were mildly attractive, lustfully so, pretty, but never really beautiful like Pandorah. He had the distinct feeling that it wasn’t just her physical appearance but also her personality and conversation. He was attracted to her on a much deeper level than just superficial lust.
Of course, the lust was also there, adverse as he was to admitting it. He was a gentleman, after all. She had stepped closer and pressed her body to his, bringing that flush she loved so much to his cheeks immediately. His eyes cast down momentarily before flicking back to hers. “Yes,” he said. “I mean that I will do anything. And yes, I am after your heart.” He smiled a bit crookedly at her, stifling a laugh. “You find everything I say so entertaining. I would be bored in the library without you, Pandorah. Is that so amusing?” He wasn’t accusing her, a smile still on his lips. His eyes strayed to hers as she touched them, tapping rhythmically with that fingertip. His tongue darted out to wet his own and he thought about kissing her before she pulled away, leaving him looking a bit lost.
“We could –“ He stopped before suggesting flying again. She wanted something more, he thought. Perhaps. He couldn’t tell. “We could do what we came out here to do,” he said softly. “We could fly.” He thought he would rather enjoy having her in his arms as he flew, thought he might enjoy feeling her fright and trying to comfort her. “I’ll make you enjoy flying,” he challenged, holding out his hand for her.

She had just took him saying she was right as a fact and nodded. She was often right, at least in her own mind. It didn't matter what it was about right now. They were so confused and messing each other up more. Was that a good thing? Was it good that they both had such an affect on one another? Pandorah supposed it was better then feeling nothing at all. This had a promise in some way she was sure of it. Having been too wrapped up in her own thoughts she had not noticed it when he reached out, only saw his hand falling and just shook it off. Now was definitely not the time to assume things.
Her pale eyes widened at his words and this time a blush rose up on her cheeks and she bit her lip to keep from blurting anything far too inappropriate out. “Yes...this.” Agreeing with him and saying as little as possible just seemed like the best course of action right now. Pan went from babbling a great deal to try and talk through her nervousness to clamming up almost entirely. She said very little but did nod her head to most of his words and have some sort of reaction at least. Feeling like this for a boy, feeling at all for anyone, and especially so soon...was frightening. The only thing that eased the sudden feeling of panic that was starting to creep up on her was his hands. He grasped her own in his and the physical contact made her let out a breath did wasn't aware of holding and she looked rather sheepish.
Once she had pressed up against him again, lured by the fact that he touched her, she was very aware of their closeness. “I find a lot of things amusing Castor. Many things others do not. Perhaps I am a vain and cruel girl.” She winked at him then but the words were not necessarily untrue. She was vain and could be rather cruel at times. Some of his words had yet to sink in entirely just yet.
She was always there and then not. Like a tornado of moodiness and wild emotions. Pressed up against him in one moment and then bouncing away in the next. This was one of the reasons she knew that she was hard to deal with and hard to handle but he didn't seem to be having much trouble with it as of yet. “Then let us fly! Take me out to soar the skies and deal with me squealing and screeching in terror as we dip and curve where only birds are supposed to go.” She already knew that he was an accomplished flyer, she watched him at every single tournament. Though she had not been aware of her attraction to him then, thinking on it now she had been attracted to him for a long time just not open to talking to anyone let alone for friendship or any other reason.
Finally some of what he had said when they were close together actually hit her and she stopped and looked at him. The color had left her face, her eyes were wide once again and even her mouth was partially agape. “You...oh. Uhm, yes well...I.” Pandorah hung her head at the sheer intelligence of her words. He probably didn't even know what she was referring to by now. She had only been teasing him about the heart bit and yet he said that he was after it. He was probably just messing with her though, even if the muscle in question thumped extra hard for a few moments.
Collecting herself she walked back over to him and clasped his hand and tilted her head to the side. “You think you can make me enjoy flying? I am up for this challenge. Good luck Castor, you will need it.” Oh she couldn't help herself, and wasn't sure if it was just her or them together that caused this in her but she used his hand to pull them closer. “What is is about you that I cannot seem to resist, or want to?” Her eyes were so curious and so hungry at the same time just as her lips met his again and she kissed him deeper then she probably should have but what was the harm in truly letting a guy feel how attracted you were to him.
Maybe after this kiss they would actually get to the pitch and he could watch her and feel her be petrified and perhaps even cling to him.
